It is our pleasure to warmly invite Civic, Business, Professional, Not-for-Profit and Christian Directors to join us for a light lunch at the NSW Parliament House to launch a Corporate Integrated Leadership Group in Sydney.
 

After six years experience of ILG growth in Melbourne and an ILG for SME leaders in Sydney, it is now considered time to launch a Corporate ILG in Sydney.

Why Integrated Leadership Groups?

The purpose of ILGs is to create a safe environment where business, professional and civic leaders can develop professional and personal capacity through facilitated peer mentoring and interaction. ILGs provide a regular space where leaders can connect with colleagues engaged with similar issues and aspirations. The mutual support and experience derived from this fellowship provides outstanding benefits.

 

The imperative for leaders to be continually learning, accountable and contributing to society through peer fellowship is taught in Proverbs 11:11 & 14:

Through the blessing of the upright a city is exalted;

 

For lack of guidance a nation (people group) falls,
but many advisers make victory sure.

Accordingly ILGs have six unique distinctives compared to secular alternatives:

  • the pre-eminence of Christ

  • the wisdom of the Word of God

  • the unction of the Holy Spirit

  • the power of prayer

  • the call to servant leadership (Matt 20:25-28)

  • relationship with peers committed to bringing 'salt and light' influence to the marketplace.
