Facilitator

Terry Blackman

Terry started his working career as a Mechanical Engineer and moved through roles in Engineering Supply/Services businesses in Technical Sales, as State Manager and as a General Manager.

He completed an MBA and now runs his own business, providing facilitation services for another company that delivers collaborative learning and training in the field of Industrial Maintenance.

His focus is on connecting like-minded businesses to learn from each-other about leading practices in maintenance and plant reliability.

Terry has served in various church leadership roles, has travelled overseas on several short-term mission support trips and currently attends CityLife Church in Casey. He believes that Biblical principles are the foundation for a successful business and power of the gospel has relevance in all business relationships.

His desire within the ILG is to see Christian-lead businesses find their kingdom purpose and implement strategies that will transform their marketplace. He wants to grow the group’s influence by multiplying the number of Christian business people who see their business a mission.
