This is the time when we come together with spouses to enjoy each
others company, learn, relax and refresh the vision for the new year.
You can choose to:
- check-in from 2pm for
fellowship and recreation
- register
for dinner
at 7:00pm for 7:30
- B&B overnight with check-out by 11am
Saturday.

As
usual we have not included a program on the Friday afternoon as people enjoy free time to relax, use the
conference facilities and
strengthen
relationships.
On the Friday evening there will be a welcome drink, a three course
meal including dessert, tea and coffee and an after dinner guest speaker.
Other beverages will be extra as ordered on the night.
If possible you are encouraged to come up early, bring your spouse and stay over for a
special session on Saturday
morning for husbands and wives!
This year we will have two guest speaker spots:

Friday night
after dinner speaker: Andrew Stanley on "Economic Outlook for
the year ahead"
-
Saturday morning Andrew and his wife Davina will address
"the challenge of communicating". We have asked Andrew and
Davina to
speak to issues they have faced as a couple in a demanding and successful
business life.

Andrew has
a 20 year career in the finance industry having held positions with major
investment banks in Melbourne, Hong Kong, Tokyo and New York.
Andrew’s last international role was as an Executive Director with the
Financial Structuring Group of UBS in Hong Kong. In this role, Andrew
developed a range of complex structured solutions to client problems in the
investment banking, fixed income and equities areas. He performed a similar
role as a Director with Deutsche Bank in its Tokyo and Hong Kong offices.
Prior to this, Andrew worked in New York with Macquarie Bank’s Project &
Structured Finance group. He started his career at Arthur Andersen in
Melbourne.
