Purpose

The purpose of ILG-3 is to create a non-competitive environment where motivated CEO's and Managers of small to medium enterprises (SME's) can develop professional and personal capacity through facilitated mentoring and peer interaction.

Every Business leader is in a unique role that shares a lonely responsibility for corporate wellbeing and rewarding returns. ILG provides a regular space where motivated leaders can connect with colleagues engaged with similar tensions and compromises. Facilitator

Doug Crocket

Douglas has extensive  experience in management, marketing and technology. He has  most recently worked as a consultant for the Gullone Group and developed a Cards business for United Petroleum. Prior to that  Douglas was GM of Coles Myer’s Customer Management Programs where he was responsible for establishing Coles Myer wide Direct Marketing customer programs based on Coles Myer’s data warehouse.

Douglas holds a Bachelor in Engineering from the University of New South Wales and has served on various industry associations including the Australian Telecommunications User Group and the Committee for Melbourne.

Doug has a wife Kate, three adult children and worships at St Hilary’s Church in Kew.
