The culinary preparation is mostly Provencale style locally produced farm food according to permaculture and organic principles.

This includes game, such as emu and venison, vegetables, stone and citrus fruits, olives and nuts produced on the property.

The brunch/breakfasts, prepared by host Ruth Hennessy, are not your standard fare... and often include emu omelettes and Ruth’s gourmet sausages.

 

Guests who stay in other accommodation can take advantage of the formal dining room in the homestead.
