The culinary preparation is mostly Provencale style locally produced farm food according to permaculture and organic principles.

This includes vegetables, stone and citrus fruits, olives and nuts produced on the property.

The brunch/breakfasts, prepared by host Ruth Hennessy, are not your standard fare... and often include fresh farm eggs and herbs.

 

Dining is now more informal in our large country kitchen by arrangement.
